Great post for those starting out in the workplace. I remember when I first started I had to do lots of Googling just to be able to communicate effectively! Some of these terms can go straight over peoples heads if they aren&#039;t careful!

Here are some more for your list!

BLO = before leaving office
EOM = end of message
NRN = no response needed
RFT = request for tender
ROI = return on investment
